Purchased a 2024 Highlander from Kendall. It was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. Agreed to a price over the phone. Drove 4 1/2 hours, vehicle was ready when I got there, exactly as described. Quick test drive and filled out paperwork. Manager and salesman were so amazing to work with that I will likely check with them first for future purchases even though I live on the other side of the state.

Buying a car is traditionally an overwhelming and unnecessarily complex experience, but that was not the case at Lexus of Kendall. Patricia (Patty) Warman made our buying experience really easy. She is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. So much so, I really don't think I would purchase a car from anyone else. I know not only will my next car be a Lexus from Lexus of Kendall, but I will be sure to get it from Patty Warman as she is the best.
