My appointment was at 7am along with 4 rows of other vehicles but they moved my car through the back with ease and efficiency. I was done by 9:40 am. My mechanic Lazaro was friendly and honest. He took the time to explain how things worked and I happily left with a 0.00 bill.

From talking to Justin my service writer with the what's and why's thru the call with what the mechanic found to the dealer sending a "ride share" to pick me up to get my truck, the experience was first class. The only negative was the order placed for a part that matched the VIn was more for esthetics than need was not the correct part and because of the age of the truck, there were no other options. The refund was returned to the card used and all was right in the world.
Went in for my first oil change and service. They were fast and very nice.
