Racers strap their laces and prep their capes for the Bean Automotive Group Live Like Bella Superhero 5k
MIAMI, FL – The Bean Automotive Group Live Like Bella Superhero 5k brought together hundreds of participants to Tropical Park in a spirited race to honor the memory of Bella Rodriguez-Torres who passed away after a courageous battle with childhood cancer. The event is a celebration of hope, community, and the shared commitment to ending childhood cancer.
In a sea of superhero capes and masks, the Bean Automotive Group Live Like Bella Superhero 5k has become a vibrant community tradition, where individuals of all ages come together to honor Bella’s legacy and raise money to find a cure for childhood cancer.
“It’s incredible to see the members of the Bean Automotive Group, filled with passion to stand side by side, shoulder to shoulder with us, believing that we can indeed defeat childhood cancer,” said Live Like Bella founder and Bella’s dad, Raymond Rodriguez-Torres. “[The Live Like Bella Foundation] serves families across the United States, 38 countries around the world, and have now surpassed 40 million dollars raised for pediatric cancer research. This is really because of our Bean Automotive Group friends and family that we’ve been able to make this possible and make a real dent, so that childhood cancer no longer threatens the lives of our children.”
As Bean Automotive Group celebrates the seventh year as the title sponsor of the Superhero 5k, both the auto group and Live Like Bella have shown a shared commitment to continuing this vital partnership for many years. Looking ahead, the goal is to further expand the event’s reach, increase the funds raised for childhood cancer research, help more families dealing with this disease, and continue to honor Bella’s legacy in a way that inspires future generations.
