2022 Bean Automotive Group Live Like Bella Superhero 5K

In May 2013, Bella’s beautiful soul faded, but she gave life to a charitable mission created by her parents to help other families cope with the experience of having a sick child with cancer. The Rodriguez-Torres family, inspired by the loss of their daughter, wanted to take a positive part and created the Live Like Bella Foundation, in honor of her, who despite her illness always had a love for life and showed it in life by helping other kids who went through the same thing. Cancer is the number one cause of infant death in the world.

In support of pediatric cancer research, Bean Automotive Group has stood in unconditional solidarity with children and their families since 2015. For this reason, every year since then, the Live Like Bella Superhero 5k has been held to raise funds to financially, emotionally, and medically assist families of children who are fighting cancer in our country and around the world.

The 8th Annual Bean Automotive Group Live Like Bella Superhero 5K presented by Nicklaus Children’s Hospital race this year took place Saturday, March 12th, 2022 at Zoo Miami, where we saw children, teens, and adults wearing capes and costumes of their favorite superheroes. The Bean Team was represented once again with participants from our four stores, all of whom fulfilled their purpose of passing the finish line. Our company CEO, Chris Roberts, won a medal for coming in first in his category.

En mayo de 2013, el alma bella de Bella se desvaneció, pero dio vida a una misión benéfica creada por sus padres para ayudar a otras familias a sobrellevar la experiencia de tener un hijo enfermo de cáncer. La familia Rodríguez-Torres, inspirada por la pérdida de su hija, quiso tomar la parte positiva y creó la Fundación Vive Como Bella, en honor a ella, quien a pesar de su enfermedad siempre tuvo amor por la vida y lo demostró en vida ayudando a otros niños pasaron por lo mismo. El cáncer es la causa número uno de muerte infantil en el mundo.

En apoyo a la investigación del cáncer pediátrico, organizaciones como Bean Automotive Group se han solidarizado incondicionalmente con los niños y sus familias desde 2015. Por esta razón, todos los años desde 2015, se realiza la carrera a pie o corriendo para recaudar fondos y ayudar económica, emocional y médicamente a las familias de los niños que luchan contra el cáncer en nuestro país y en todo el mundo.

La octava carrera anual Bean Automotive Group Live Like Bella SuperHero 5K presentada por el Nicklaus Children ‘s Hospital, este año se llevó a cabo el pasado sábado 12 de marzo en el zoológico de Miami, ahí vimos a niños, adolescentes y adultos con capas y disfraces de sus superhéroes favoritos. El Bean Team estuvo representado una vez más con participantes de nuestras cuatro tiendas, quienes cumplieron con su propósito de pasar la línea de meta. El director general de nuestra empresa, Christ Roberts, ganó una medalla por quedar en primer lugar en su categoría.
