Maicol’s Success Feature

Speaking of our techs! Our very own Maicol Alvarez, a student in the first class of apprentices, was selected to be featured as the Miami Community Ventures success story of the month!

The story highlights Maicol’s choice to begin a career with BAG.
He says he is “making a better living,” and enjoys finding auto solutions with his mentors.

The marketing team sat down with Maicol just last week to get to know him a little better. He originally studied computer engineering and was always fascinated by electronics. “Lexus and Toyota are very well known for their advanced technology. I am really enjoying studying the electrical components of the cars. I know I am working with the latest technology in diagnostics, and I am so excited about the opportunity,” he said.

A fun fact about Maicol is that he’s a total beach boy! He appreciates the always sunny weather in Miami and loves heading out to Brickell.
