New Corporate Offices in Lexus of West Kendall

We’re excited to announce that after a long time of waiting, the fourth floor construction in Lexus of West Kendall is finally complete. The fourth floor is the new corporate office for Bean Automotive Group. The project took an approximately 18 months to complete.

“The company was spread out. We as a corporation were in various locations. We had our marketing department in one area of a showroom, half of accounting on the first floor with the other half on the second floor. Even the owner in her own office in the showroom and everybody was too spread out,” said John Alvarez, Procurement & Facilities Director at Bean Automotive Group.

As the company continues to grow, the demand and need for more space became necessary. The construction of the fourth floor was proposed to help bring together all corporate employees on the same floor. This is the first step to helping the company come together as one corporation.

“It’s a pretty big accomplishment for me personally and professionally to be able to help this company take its first steps to really coming together as a corporation and not just four separate entities between the two Toyota stores and the two Lexus stores.” said John.

The fourth floor has glass windows all over that bring in natural lighting into the offices. It also has brand new restrooms and a break room. The new facility will make it easy for associates to collaborate on projects and tasks.

For Bean Automotive Group, the completion of this floor is an immense accomplishment.
